Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders using UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your selected UPS service (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day, etc.). Please note these are estimated times provided by UPS and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States. (Contact us if you’d like to request international shipping.)

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your order has been handed off to UPS, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package directly on the UPS website.
